Meditation on your spirit guide

Meditating on a picture that represents your spirit guide is a way of connecting with your personal source of wisdom and guidance. 

1. Find a quiet and comfortable place where you will not be disturbed. Have the picture of your spirit guide ready, either as a physical print or on a digital device.

2. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and let go of any tension or thoughts that may distract you. Set an intention for this meditation, such as asking for your spirit guide’s help, advice, or insight on a specific issue or aspect of your life.

3. Open your eyes and look at the picture of your spirit guide. Notice the details, colors, and emotions that the picture evokes in you. Feel the presence and energy of your spirit guide in the picture and in your heart. 
Focus especially on the eyes. You can also speak to your spirit guide, either aloud or in your mind, and express your gratitude, curiosity, or questions.

4. Close your eyes again and continue to breathe deeply. Imagine that your spirit guide is with you, either in front of you, beside you, or behind you. Feel their warmth, love, and support. Listen to any messages, words, or sounds that they may communicate to you. You can also ask them questions and wait for their answers. Trust your intuition and your senses, and do not doubt or judge what you receive.

5. When you feel ready, thank your spirit guide for their presence and guidance. Open your eyes and return to your normal awareness. You may want to write down your experience, insights, or questions in a journal or a notepad. You can also repeat this meditation as often as you like, and explore different ways of connecting with your spirit guide.
